ガザ市住民「もはやどこへ？」 イスラエル軍、３度目の退避警告

　ガザ紛争が始まってから、イスラエルがガザ市に対し、退避を警告したのは３度目だが、今回は市の大部分からの退去を命じている。
　しかし、すでに同市には、戦火で荒廃したガザ地区各所から無数の家族が避難している。
　「もはや、どこに行けばいいんだ？」。そう嘆いたアブドラ・カマッシュさんは、最近身を寄せていた避難所を午前３時に後にした。
　イスラエル軍の戦車は、戦闘機とドローン攻撃の援護を受けながら、ガザ市中心部へ入った。同軍報道官はサブラ、リマル、タル・ハワ、ダラジ地区の住民に「人道地帯」へ避難するよう警告した。
　イスラム組織ハマスが実効支配するガザ地区の民間防衛当局は、避難警告が出る前から、市内各地で計「数十人」の死傷者が報告されていると述べた。
　エルサレム・中東聖公会のエルサレム教区は声明で、７日に市内のアハリ・アラブ病院付近で「無人機から大量の攻撃」があった後、イスラエル軍が同病院に避難を命じたと伝えた。病院は「閉鎖を余儀なくされ」、機能していないという。
　国連（ＵＮ）によると、ガザ地区で現在機能している病院は半数以下で、しかも部分的な運営に限られている。同教区は「病気やけがをした人々には選択肢がほとんどない」と訴えた。
　イスラエル軍は先月２７日に避難命令を出したガザ市のシュジャイヤ地区で、約２週間にわたって攻勢を続けており、最新の戦闘では「テロリスト」数十人を「排除」したと発表している。
　作戦の標的には、ガザ市にある国連パレスチナ難民救済事業機関（ＵＮＲＷＡ）本部も含まれている。対象となる目標については、ハマスの施設や戦闘員の存在を示唆する情報に基づいているという。
　ガザ市住民のムハンマド・ビサンさんは「戦闘機の空爆、砲撃、ドローンも四方八方から発砲してくる。右に行こうが左に行こうが、どこに逃げればいいのか分からない」とＡＦＰに語った。
　別の住民カマシュさんは、イスラエル軍は「ここを離れて別の地域へ移動しろと言うが、すると彼らはその方向からやって来る」といら立ちをにじませた。
　家族で「路上で寝ていると、私たちを気の毒に思った人々が毛布をくれた。私たちはまた、こうしてがれきの中で暮らしている」とカマシュさんは語った。

Riding donkey carts, bicycles or on foot, thousands of Palestinians fled Gaza City on Monday, after Israel issued a third evacuation warning for the city where intense fighting took place.
Civilians have now been ordered out of the majority of the Gaza Strip's largest city, where thousands of families had sought shelter from fighting in other parts of the war-stricken territory.
Where do we go now? asked Abdullah Khammash, who described how he left his latest refuge at 03:00 am.
Backed by fighter jet and drone strikes, tanks entered the city centre as an army spokesman warned residents of the Sabra, Rimal, Tal Al-Hawa and Al-Daraj districts to flee to humanitarian zones.
The civil defence agency in the Hamas-run territory said even before the latest evacuation warning that it had reports of dozens of dead and wounded from different parts of the city.
The military ordered Gaza City's Al-Ahli Arab Hospital evacuated after a large amount of firing from drones nearby on Sunday, the Episcopal Church's Jerusalem Diocese said in a statement.
The hospital was compelled to close by the army and is now out of operation, the Diocese said. It expressed dismay and said sick and injured people have few other options for treatment in the territory where, according to the United Nations, fewer than half the hospitals are even partly functional.

The Israeli military has been fighting for nearly two weeks in the Shujaiya district of the city where it issued an evacuation order on June 27. It said it had eliminated dozens of terrorists in the latest fighting.
Loudspeakers on armoured vehicles toured the Al-Daraj and Al-Tuffah neighbourhoods telling people to leave.
Israel said the operation targets included the headquarters of the UN agency for Palestinian refugees, UNRWA, in Gaza City.
The military said it was acting following intelligence indicating the presence of Hamas and Islamic Jihad terrorist infrastructure, operatives, weapons, and investigation and detention rooms in the area of Gaza City, including in the UNRWA headquarters.
For Muhammad Bisan, it all meant an indescribable night.
Planes and artillery are bombing and drones are firing from all directions, and we do not know where to run, right or left, Bisan told AFP.
The other resident, Khammash, expressed frustration that the miliary tell us to leave this area and go to another area, and then they come from that area.
He said his family, slept in the streets. People felt sorry for us and gave us blankets and here we are again living in the rubble.
With a plastic bag under his arm, he said: God knows what will happen now. Just bury us alive and make this end.
Early last week Israel's army also placed districts near the southern cities of Khan Yunis and Rafah under evacuation orders, which the United Nations said affected 250,000 people as fighting flared.
