韓国裁判所、三菱重工の資産売却命令　元挺身隊訴訟、現金化なら関係悪化

　【ソウル時事】韓国の大田地裁は２７日、元挺身（ていしん）隊員らの訴訟に絡み差し押さえられていた三菱重工業の韓国内資産である商標権と特許権に関し、売却命令を決定した。韓国最高裁は、三菱重工に賠償を命じており、これを受けた措置。原告側支援団体が明らかにした。
　元徴用工訴訟をめぐり売却命令が出されたのは初めて。韓国最高裁の確定判決を「国際法違反」と批判する日本政府は、日本企業に実害が生じる「現金化」に強く反対してきた。命令通りに原告側が売却に踏み切れば、日韓関係の一層の悪化は必至だ。（2021/09/27-23:45）

A district court in South Korea on Monday issued an order for some of the seized Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd. assets in the country to be sold over a wartime labor lawsuit, according to a local newspaper report.
   The district court order followed a ruling by the country's Supreme Court ordering the Japanese company to pay compensation to former wartime workers.
   With the Japanese government strongly criticizing the ruling as violating international law, the two countries' relationship would worsen further if the plaintiffs in the lawsuit sell Mitsubishi Heavy assets, based on the court order.
   The newspaper report said the court ordered two trademark rights and two patent rights seized from Mitsubishi Heavy to be sold, in order to pay about 210 million won, or about 20 million yen, each to two plaintiffs.
   In response to Jiji Press' inquiries, Mitsubishi Heavy said the court order is extremely regrettable and that the company will immediately file a protest against it and take appropriate action while communicating with the Japanese government.
