サハリン１も日本の権益維持　ロシア政府、３割出資を承認

　ロシア極東の石油・天然ガス開発事業「サハリン１」を巡り、ロシア政府は日本の官民で設立した「サハリン石油ガス開発」に対し、事業を引き継いだ新会社への参画を承認した。松野博一官房長官は１５日午前の記者会見で、「決定はわが国の中長期のエネルギー安定供給の観点から非常に意義がある」と歓迎した。
　経済産業省によると、ロシア政府が１５日未明（日本時間）に参画承認を発表。サハリン石油ガス開発による新会社への出資比率は、旧会社と同率となる３０％のまま認められた。三井物産と三菱商事が出資する「サハリン２」に続き、日本の権益が維持されることになった。
　サハリン石油ガス開発は、日本政府や伊藤忠商事、丸紅などで設立。原油の中東依存度を下げたい日本政府は、サハリン１についても権益を維持する方針を示していた。（2022/11/15-12:09）

The Russian government has allowed Japan to maintain its stake in the Sakhalin-1 oil and gas development project in Russia's Far East, according to the country's state-run Tass news agency.
   Moscow approved the transfer to Japanese public-private company Sakhalin Oil and Gas Development Co. of 30 pct shares in a new Russian company that has taken over the Sakhalin-1 project, Tass reported Monday.
   Russia had already made a similar move over the Sakhalin-2 oil and gas project, allowing Japanese trading houses Mitsui & Co. and Mitsubishi Corp. to maintain their stakes in the project.
   Sakhalin Oil and Gas Development was created chiefly by the Japanese government and major traders Itochu Corp. and Marubeni Corp. .
   Tokyo had shown its policy of maintaining Japan's interest in Sakhalin-1, hoping to reduce the country's oil dependence on the Middle East, which stands at about 90 pct.
