株式買い取り、オーケーと合意　１株１５１８円で―関西スーパー

　関西スーパーマーケットは６日、首都圏地盤のスーパー、オーケー（横浜市）など一部株主からの会社法に基づく株式買い取り請求について、１株当たり１５１８円で買い取ると発表した。オーケーは同日、買い取りに合意したと発表。オーケーは保有する株式を約３５億円で売却し、関西スーパー争奪戦を終える。（2022/01/06-21:26）

Kansai Super Agrees with OK on Share Buybacks

Kansai Super Market Ltd. has agreed on share buybacks with OK Corp., a move that will finally put a battle for control over the supermarket chain operating in the Kansai region of western Japan to an end.
Kansai Super said Thursday that it will buy back own shares at 1,518 yen apiece from some shareholders including OK, a discount supermarket operator, accepting their request made based on the companies law. OK, whose business area is the Tokyo metropolitan region, will sell its Kansai Super stake back to the company for a total of roughly 3.5 billion yen.
