６月家計支出、５．１％減　「給付金」の反動―総務省

　総務省が６日発表した６月の家計調査によると、１世帯（２人以上）当たりの消費支出は２６万２８５円となり、物価変動の影響を除いた実質で前年同月比５．１％減少した。１人１０万円の特別定額給付金で実収入が膨らみ、家財などの購入が増えた前年の反動で、４カ月ぶりにマイナスに転じた。（2021/08/06-11:41）

Household spending in Japan in June dropped 5.1 pct from a year before in price-adjusted real terms, after spending on some items grew last year thanks to government cash handouts, internal affairs ministry data showed Friday.
   Consumption spending by households comprising two or more members averaged 260,285 yen in June this year, the ministry said. Spending fell for the first time in four months.
   Last year, the government distributed 100,000 yen to each citizen as a financial support measure amid the novel coronavirus crisis.
   Expenditures on furniture and other household goods sank 21.7 pct, taking the effects of lower sales of durable goods such as air conditioners and washing machines.
   Spending on clothes and shoes fell 15.1 pct, while that on transport and telecommunications dipped 5.8 pct.
