不審アクセス、上半期５８％増＝ＩｏＴ機器など狙い－警察庁

　今年上半期（１～６月）、サイバー空間での不審なアクセスが一日に１ＩＰアドレス（インターネット上の住所）当たり３５３０．８件確認されたことが２６日、警察庁のまとめで分かった。前年同期に比べ５８．８％増加した。家電などをインターネットに接続する「ＩｏＴ」を狙ったケースが多く、同庁は警戒を強めている。
　同庁によると、サイバー攻撃を試みるための行為など、通常のネット利用では想定されない不審なアクセスは増加傾向にある。今年６月以降、ネットに接続された外国製ブルーレイレコーダーなどを狙った不審なアクセスが新たに確認された。
　同庁の担当者は「ＩｏＴ機器の脆弱（ぜいじゃく）性を悪用し、不正なプログラムの感染拡大を狙った可能性が高い」と指摘。「セキュリティー強化のため、ソフトウエアのバージョンアップを心掛けてほしい」と話している。（2019/09/26-10:25）

The number of suspicious access to Internet Protocol addresses confirmed per day in Japan in the first half of 2019 came to 3,530.8 per address, up 58.8 pct from a year before, the National Police Agency said Thursday.
   Many of the cases targeted Internet of Things devices, including consumer electronics. According to the agency, suspicious activities that cannot be anticipated in ordinary Internet use, such as those apparently related to attempts to conduct cyberattacks, are on the rise.
   Cases of suspicious access targeting an imported Blu-ray Disc recorder and other devices connected to the Internet were newly discovered in and after June this year.
   "There is a high possibility that these attacks were aimed at abusing the vulnerability of IoT devices to spread malicious programs," an NPA official said. "We want people to keep in mind to update their software for strengthening security."
   Meanwhile, the number of targeted email attack cases, in which messages carrying viruses are sent to businesses and others with an attempt to steal important information, came to 2,687 in the first half of the year, up 4.2 pct.
