ＬＩＮＥ＠アカウント消去＝業務妨害容疑で少年ら逮捕－警視庁

　企業などが情報発信のために利用する「ＬＩＮＥ＠（ラインアット）」で、競合相手のアカウントを消去し、業務を妨害したとして、警視庁少年事件課は２５日までに、電子計算機損壊等業務妨害容疑で、通信制高校３年の少年（１８）＝東京都文京区＝ら３人を再逮捕した。いずれも容疑を認め、「自分たちの収入を伸ばすために消した」などと供述しているという。
　逮捕容疑は２月２２日午後５時半ごろ、都内を走行中の乗用車内で、通信制高校３年の少年（１８）＝北海道北斗市＝のＬＩＮＥ＠アカウント４個を消去し、業務を妨害した疑い。
　同課によると、北海道の少年は個人事業主として、ＬＩＮＥ＠で中高生向けのダンス映像や恋愛話を配信。４個のアカウントで計約２００万人のフォロワーを獲得し、年間約１０００万円の広告収入を得ていた。逮捕された少年らも同様にＬＩＮＥ＠で収入を得ており、競合関係にあった。
　少年らは北海道の少年を２時間にわたり車内に監禁し、アカウントのパスコードを聞き出すなどしたとして、監禁と強要の両容疑で逮捕されていた。（2019/09/25-12:52）

Tokyo police have served fresh arrest warrants on three youths, on suspicion of deleting a rival's accounts on a Line Corp. platform for use by businesses and others to distribute information.
   The three arrested by the Metropolitan Police Department for suspected obstruction of business include an 18-year-old correspondence high school third-grader in Tokyo's Bunkyo Ward. All of them admitted the allegations, saying that they deleted the rival's accounts in an attempt to increase their revenue, according to the police.
   They are suspected of deleting four LINE@ accounts of an 18-year-old correspondence high school third-grader in the city of Hokuto in the northernmost Japan prefecture of Hokkaido while they were in a car traveling in Tokyo around 5:30 p.m. on Feb. 22 (8:30 a.m. GMT).
   According to the police, the youth in Hokkaido distributed dance videos and love stories targeting mainly junior high and high school students through his LINE@ accounts. He had a total of some two million followers for the four accounts, gaining ad revenue of some 10 million yen a year.
   The three arrested people also received revenue through the LINE@ platform and were in a rivalry with the Hokkaido youth.
