台風１９号、東海や関東に接近・上陸か＝１２～１３日、暴風大雨警戒－気象庁

　大型で猛烈な台風１９号は１０日午前、小笠原諸島・父島の南海上を北上した。非常に強い勢力で１２日午後から１３日未明に東海や関東に接近、上陸する恐れがある。暴風や高波、大雨に厳重な警戒が必要になるとみられ、気象庁は早めに備えるよう呼び掛けている。
　西・東日本の太平洋側では１１日午後から非常に強い風が吹き、同日夜には猛烈なしけになる所がある。西日本の太平洋側と東日本では１１日午後から大雨になる所がある見込み。１９号は１３日朝には三陸沖に達し、その後は北海道の北東へ遠ざかると予想される。
　１９号は１０日午前９時、父島の南南西約４９０キロの海上を時速２０キロで北へ進んだ。中心気圧は９１５ヘクトパスカル、最大風速５５メートル、最大瞬間風速７５メートル。半径２４０キロ以内が風速２５メートル以上の暴風域、東側７５０キロ以内と西側６００キロ以内が風速１５メートル以上の強風域。
　１１日にかけて予想される最大瞬間風速は、小笠原諸島と東海、近畿、四国３５メートル、伊豆諸島３０メートル。波の高さは小笠原・伊豆諸島１０メートル、近畿９メートル、東海と四国８メートル、関東と九州南部、奄美、沖縄６メートル、九州北部５メートル。
　１２日午前６時までの２４時間予想雨量は多い所で、東海と近畿２００～３００ミリ、関東甲信１００～２００ミリ、四国１００～１５０ミリ、東北５０～１００ミリ。その後も雨量が増える見込み。（2019/10/10-10:19）

Big and powerful Typhoon Hagibis is forecast to make landfall in central or eastern Japan from Saturday afternoon to the early hours of Sunday, the Japan Meteorological Agency said Thursday.
   With the regions likely to be hit by heavy rain, strong winds and high tides, the agency is calling on people to make preparations to secure their safety as soon as possible.
   The 19th typhoon of the year is expected to reach off the Sanriku coastal area of the Tohoku northeastern region on Sunday morning and later travel to northeast of the northernmost prefecture of Hokkaido.
   East Japan Railway Co. , known as JR East, said Thursday that it may decide to halt in advance Shinkansen bullet train and other railway services on Saturday and Sunday due to the approach of the typhoon. The company will announce the decision once it is made.
   Seibu Railway Co. and Odakyu Electric Railway Co. also said they may decide on similar scheduled suspensions of their train services.
