４月の首都圏マンション発売、半減　過去最少の戸数に

　不動産経済研究所が２０日発表した４月の首都圏（東京都、神奈川県、埼玉県、千葉県）の新築マンションの発売戸数は前年同月比５１．７％減の６８６戸だった。単月の発売戸数では、１９７３年の調査開始以来、最少となった。緊急事態宣言の発令を受け、モデルルームの営業休止が相次いだことが響いた。
　営業を継続したモデルルームでも、完全予約制となるなど「活動がかなり制限された」（不動産経済研究所）という。５月の発売戸数は前年同月比７７．３％減の５００戸と、引き続き大幅減を見込んでいる。（2020/05/20-16:18）

The number of new condominiums put up for sale in the Tokyo metropolitan area in April plunged 51.7 pct from a year before to 686, hitting the lowest level for a single month since the survey started in 1973, a private think tank said Wednesday.
The drop came after a number of showrooms closed in line with the government's coronavirus emergency declaration.
