３月都内物価、２．４％上昇　コメ最大、伸び加速―総務省

　総務省が２８日発表した３月の東京都区部消費者物価指数（中旬速報値、２０２０年＝１００）は、価格変動の大きい生鮮食品を除く総合指数が１０９．１と、前年同月比２．４％上昇した。プラスは４３カ月連続で、伸び率は２カ月ぶりに拡大。食料品高が続いており、米類は８９．６％上昇と６カ月連続で過去最大の伸びとなった。
　生鮮食品を除く食料は５．６％上昇し、２月の５．０％上昇を上回った。コメの価格高騰を受け、政府は備蓄米の放出を始めたが、本格販売は４月以降になる見通しで、今回の指数に影響は出ていないとみられる。
　また、野菜の値上がりでキャベツは９１．２％上昇。原材料価格の高騰が続くチョコレートは２６．０％上昇した。
　一方、エネルギー価格は６．１％上昇。このうち電気代は８．５％上昇、都市ガス代は２．０％上昇で、いずれも２月の上げ幅を下回った。政府の電気・ガス代の負担軽減策が影響した。
　生活実感に近い生鮮食品を含む総合指数は２．９％、生鮮食品とエネルギーを除く総合指数は２．２％それぞれ上昇した。（2025/03/28-11:39）

The core consumer price index for Tokyo's densely populated 23 special wards in March rose 2.4 pct from a year before amid continued food price increases, government data showed Friday.
   The index, which excludes often volatile fresh food prices, stood at 109.1 against the 2020 base of 100, the internal affairs ministry said.
   The index advanced for 43 months in a row and posted bigger growth for the first time two months.
   Growth in prices for food excluding perishables expanded to 5.6 pct from 5.0 pct in February.
   Rice prices surged 89.6 pct from a year earlier, logging a record increase for the sixth straight month. The government has started releasing stockpiled rice to push down rice prices, but full-scale sales of the released rice are expected to start in April or later.
