　【ワシントン時事】米国訪問中の岸田文雄首相は１１日午前（日本時間同日午後）、バイデン大統領と短時間の立ち話を行った。首相は、北大西洋条約機構（ＮＡＴＯ）と日本、韓国、オーストラリア、ニュージーランドのパートナー国との協力を歓迎。大統領は「日米間の連携を一層強化していきたい」と述べた。（2024/07/12-01:05）

Kishida, Biden Hold Chat on NATO Sidelines

Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida and U.S. President Joe Biden on Thursday had brief informal talks on the sidelines of a NATO summit in Washington.
In the talks, Kishida welcomed that the cooperation between NATO and its partner nations--Japan, South Korea, Australia, and New Zealand--has been solidified.
Biden said the United States wants to further strengthen its cooperation with Japan.
