傷害保険料、４％値上げ＝来月、高齢化で６年ぶり－損保４社
東京海上日動火災保険など損害保険大手４社は１８日、けがの治療費などを補償する傷害保険の保険料を１０月に約４％引き上げることを明らかにした。加入者のうち治療費がかさむ高齢者の比率が上昇し、保険金支払額の増加が避けられないためだ。各社一斉の値上げは２０１３年以来、６年ぶり。
保険料を引き上げるのはこのほか、損害保険ジャパン日本興亜、三井住友海上火災保険、あいおいニッセイ同和損害保険。あいおいの標準的なプラン（傷害・後遺障害の保険金１００万円、入院１日当たり５０００円）では、年間保険料が２２０円上がり５５５０円となる。（2019/09/18-14:57）
Accident Insurance Premiums to Be Raised by 4 Pct in Japan
Four major Japanese nonlife insurance firms will raise their accident insurance premiums by about 4 pct in October, sources familiar with the matter said Wednesday.
The simultaneous premium hike, the first in six years, reflects expectations for increasing payments of insurance claims as the share of elderly customers, who have to pay more for medical care, is rising, the sources said.
