韓国、「政治的動機」と対日批判＝ＷＴＯが訴状公表

　【ロンドン時事】世界貿易機関（ＷＴＯ）は１６日、韓国が日本の輸出管理強化措置を提訴した１１日付の訴状を公表した。韓国は訴状の中で「政治的な動機に基づいたものだ」とする従来の主張を繰り返した。元徴用工問題に端を発した日韓対立は、国際機関を舞台に繰り広げられることになった。（2019/09/16-21:46）

The World Trade Organization on Monday disclosed Seoul's recent complaint against Japan's tighter controls on exports of three semiconductor materials to South Korea.
   The complaint, dated Wednesday, claimed that the Japanese measure constitutes "politically-motivated, disguised restrictions on trade."
   South Korea believes that the measure is based on "political considerations unrelated to any legitimate export control considerations," according to the complaint.
   The measure causes "unnecessary delay and other serious restrictions to the exportation of these products and their related technologies" bound for South Korea, the complaint also said.
   Under the WTO rules, the two countries will refer the issue to a dispute settlement panel if they fail to resolve it within 60 days.
