２１年度の給与総額、３年ぶりプラス　残業代が大幅増

　厚生労働省が２４日発表した２０２１年度の毎月勤労統計調査（確報値、従業員５人以上）によると、基本給や残業代などを合わせた労働者１人当たりの現金給与総額（名目賃金）は、月平均で前年度比０．７％増の３２万６０４円となった。プラスは３年ぶり。新型コロナウイルスの影響で経済活動が大きく制限された２０年度からの反動で残業代が大幅に増えたが、コロナ前の水準には戻らなかった。
　名目賃金から物価変動の影響を除いた実質賃金は、０．５％増で５年ぶりに前年度を上回った。実質賃金の算出に用いる消費者物価指数（持ち家の帰属家賃を除く総合）の上昇よりも現金給与総額の伸びが上回った。（2022/05/24-11:19）

Wages in Japan rose for the first time in three years in fiscal 2021, but failed to recover to pre-pandemic levels, revised data from the labor ministry showed Tuesday.
   The monthly average of nominal wages in the year that ended in March rose 0.7 pct from the previous year to 320,604 yen. Overtime jumped after economic activity was restricted substantially in fiscal 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
   Price-adjusted real wages rose 0.5 pct, up for the first time in five years. Nominal wages grew faster than the consumer price index excluding imputed rent, used to calculate real wages.
   The monthly average regular pay, including basic salary, climbed 0.4 pct, while nonregular pay, including overtime, surged 7.1 pct.
   Total wages increased 1.0 pct on average for full-time workers, including regular employees, and 0.9 pct for part-timers.
