低所得世帯へ子１人５万円　政府・与党、補正編成の今国会成立目指す―緊急経済対策１．７兆円

　政府・与党は２１日、物価高騰を受けた緊急経済対策を１兆７０００億円程度（留保分を含む）とし、低所得の子育て世帯を対象とした児童１人当たり５万円の支給を盛り込む方針を決めた。財源として２０２２年度予算の予備費を充当。その補充のため補正予算案を編成し、今国会中の成立を目指す。補正の規模は２兆５０００億円程度で、原油高に対応する補助金の拡充も含める。
　緊急経済対策の財源をめぐっては、政府・自民党は予備費からの支出を、公明党は補正をそれぞれ主張。参院選を控え、自民党が歩み寄った。対策の具体的な内容は政府内で詰めの調整をした上で、岸田文雄首相が２６日にも発表する。（2022/04/21-20:15）

The Japanese government and ruling bloc will aim to enact during the ongoing parliamentary session a fiscal 2022 supplementary budget, as part of efforts to shore up the economy, it was learned Thursday.
   The government plans to tap reserves in its fiscal 2022 budget to finance an emergency package of economic measures and replenish the reserves under the extra budget, according to a senior ruling party official.
   The ruling Liberal Democratic Party and Komeito, the LDP's junior coalition partner, had remained apart over how the package should be financed.
   The LDP wanted the package to be financed by the budget reserves, while Komeito demanded that a supplementary budget be compiled to fund specific policy measures.
   The government aims to draw up the economic package on Friday.
