日韓首脳「対話解決」確認＝バンコクで個別対話

　【ソウル時事】韓国大統領府によると、安倍晋三首相と文在寅大統領は４日、訪問先のタイ・バンコク近郊で個別の対話を行った。両首脳は「韓日関係が重要だという点で意見を一致させ、懸案は対話を通じて解決しなければならないという原則を再確認した」という。
　大統領府によれば、両首脳は外務省高官レベルで行われている公式協議を通じ、実質的な関係進展の方策が導き出されることに期待を表明。文大統領は必要な場合、さらに高位レベルの協議を検討することを提案し、安倍首相は「すべての可能な方法を通じて解決法を模索するよう努力しよう」と応じた。（2019/11/04-13:21）

Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and South Korean President Moon Jae-in on Monday reaffirmed the principle that pending issues between the two countries must be resolved through dialogue, the South Korean presidential office said.
   In 11-minite bilateral talks held in a suburb of Bangkok on the day, the two leaders also confirmed the importance of Japan-South Korea relations, the office said.
   Abe and Moon expressed hopes that measures for Tokyo and Seoul to make substantive progress in their relations will be hammered out through ongoing official talks between high-level foreign ministry officials of the two countries, according to the office.
   Moon proposed that the two nations consider holding higher-level talks if necessary. In response, Abe called for joint efforts to find a solution to bilateral issues by employing all possible methods, the office said.
   Japan's Foreign Ministry said that Abe informed Moon of Tokyo's fundamental position over issues with Seoul at the bilateral talks.
