スバル、トヨタ株取得　０．３％、７００億円で

　ＳＵＢＡＲＵ（スバル）は２０日、トヨタ自動車の株式約８９７万株を取得したと発表した。発行済み株式の約０．３％に当たる。締結済みの資本・業務提携に基づいたもので、取得金額は約７００億円。
　トヨタは昨年２月、スバルへの出資比率を２０％に引き上げ、持ち分法適用会社とした。両社は自動運転や車両の電動化などで協力を進めている。（2021/01/20-12:06）

Subaru Acquires 0.3 Pct Stake in Toyota

Subaru Corp. said Wednesday it has acquired about 8.97 million shares in Toyota Motor Corp. , or around 0.3 pct of all outstanding shares of the leading Japanese automaker, for some 70 billion yen.
The share acquisition was made in line with the business and capital alliance agreement announced by the two Japanese automakers in September 2019.
