ステージ３相当、１８都道府県　兵庫６５％・大阪５６％―コロナ病床使用率

　厚生労働省は４日、新型コロナウイルス感染者用の病床使用率（２日時点）について、１８都道府県で２５％以上になったとの集計結果を公表した。感染拡大が２番目に深刻な「ステージ３」（感染急増）の水準に達したことを示しており、１週間前（１１月２５日時点）の１５都道府県から拡大した。兵庫県（６５％）、大阪府（５６％）などで特に深刻化している。
　使用率の計算時に分母となる病床数には、すぐには使えない病床も含まれていることがあり、実際の医療逼迫（ひっぱく）度合いは数字より厳しいとみられる。
　使用率が最も高かったのは兵庫で、重症者急増を受け独自基準の「非常事態」を宣言した大阪が続いた。他に北海道（５２％）、三重（５０％）が５０％を超え、埼玉・沖縄４７％、群馬・愛知４３％、東京４２％などが続いた。
　前回１１月２５日時点で２５％以上だった１５都道府県に、茨城、岐阜、愛媛が新たに加わった。
　４日時点で過去最多の５０５人となった重症者用の病床使用率は、６都府県で２５％を超えた。大阪が５７％で最も高く、東京と沖縄４９％、愛知４３％などだった。神奈川は病床使用率は２３％だったが、重症者用は３０％に達した。（2020/12/04-21:48）

More prefectures in Japan saw the occupancy rate for hospital beds for COVID-19 patients stand at 25 pct or higher this week than a week ago, a health ministry survey showed on Friday.
   A bed occupancy rate of 25 pct or higher is a condition for recognizing Stage 3, the second-worst epidemic stage under Japanese standards.
   The number of such prefectures came to 18 as of Wednesday, up from 15 as of Nov. 25.
   In particular, the COVID-19 bed occupancy reached 65 pct in the western prefecture of Hyogo and 56 pct in the neighboring prefecture of Osaka.
   The bed occupancy stood at 52 pct in the northern prefecture of Hokkaido, 50 pct in the central prefecture of Mie, 47 pct in the eastern prefecture of Saitama and the southernmost prefecture of Okinawa, 43 pct in the eastern prefecture of Gunma and the central prefecture of Aichi, and 42 pct in Tokyo.
