「漫画村」関与の男、起訴内容認める＝女は無罪主張－福岡地裁

　違法にアップロードされた漫画を無料で閲覧できる海賊版サイト「漫画村」に、人気漫画「ワンピース」などの画像を載せたとして、著作権法違反罪に問われた藤崎孝太（２６）、伊藤志穂（２４）両被告の初公判が９日、福岡地裁（足立勉裁判長）であった。藤崎被告は起訴内容を認めた一方、伊藤被告は「やっていない」と無罪を主張した。
　「漫画村」をめぐっては、サイト運営を主導していた星野路実容疑者（２７）がフィリピンで身柄を拘束されている。日本に送還され次第、福岡県警が逮捕する方針で、被害総額が数千億円に上るともいわれる一連の事件の全容解明を進める。
　初公判の冒頭陳述で検察側は、当時交際し同居していた藤崎、伊藤両被告は、星野容疑者らの指示でサイトの更新作業を行っていたと説明。「伊藤被告が報酬を受け取り、両被告の生活費にしていた」と指摘した。（2019/09/09-11:59）

A 26-year-old Japanese man on Monday pleaded guilty to charges of uploading manga images on pirate website Mangamura.
   Meanwhile, a 24-year-old woman pleaded not guilty to the same charges, during the first hearing of their trial at Fukuoka District Court in the southwestern Japan prefecture of Fukuoka. The man, Kota Fujisaki, and the woman, Shiho Ito, are suspected of violating the copyright law.
   The pirate website was mainly managed by Romi Hoshino, 27, who has been detained in the Philippines.
   Fujisaki and Ito allegedly uploaded images from the 866th episode of blockbuster manga series One Piece on Mangamura at Fujisaki's home in Tokyo's Nakano Ward in May 2017, in conspiracy with those including Hoshino, allowing the public to view them and infringing on the rights of the creator of the manga and its publisher, according to the indictment.
   In its opening statement at the hearing, the prosecution claimed that Fujisaki and Hoshino, who were living together at the time, were in charge of updating the pirate website under the instructions of the Hoshino side, adding that Ito received financial rewards for the updating work and used the money to cover their living expenses.
