１２～１３日の運休・欠航広がる＝台風接近、連休の足に影響

　台風１９号が接近した１０日、鉄道・航空各社で計画運休の可能性や、欠航情報の発表が相次いだ。１２～１３日の交通に影響が広がり、連休の移動が大きく制限されそうだ。
　ＪＲ東日本は１０日、首都圏在来線と新幹線で１２～１３日に計画運休を実施する可能性があると発表した。１１日午前にさらに詳しい見通しが発表される見込み。首都圏では東急電鉄や小田急電鉄も計画運休を予定している。
　ＪＲ東海は東海道新幹線東京－新大阪間の運転計画について、１２日は昼前から通常よりも本数を減らしたり、運転を取りやめたりする予定と説明。１３日は安全確認ができ次第、再開するものの、本数減や取りやめの可能性があるとしている。
　ＪＲ西日本も１０日、山陽新幹線新大阪－岡山間で１２日午前から運転取りやめの可能性があると発表。他の区間でも本数を減らす可能性があるとしており、詳しい計画は改めて発表するという。
　全日本空輸は、１２日の羽田、成田両空港を発着する国内線全便を欠航する。約３７０便に上る見通しだが、影響はさらに広がる可能性がある。
　日本航空は１１日の国際線と国内線合わせて９便の欠航を決定。１２日は合わせて５６６便、１３日は国内線２便と国際線６便を欠航するとしており、影響は約８万７０００人と見込んでいる。（2019/10/11-01:18）

Airlines and railway companies in Japan said Thursday they will or may suspend part of their services Saturday and Sunday as a super typhoon is approaching the country, inconveniencing travelers on the three-day weekend through Monday, a national holiday.
   East Japan Railway Co. , or JR East, may halt services on conventional lines in the greater Tokyo area and Shinkansen bullet train lines on the two days. The company is expected to announce detailed plans on Friday morning.
   In the Tokyo metropolitan area, Tokyu Corp. and Odakyu Electric Railway Co. are also expected to conduct scheduled suspensions of their train services.
   Central Japan Railway Co. , or JR Tokai, plans to reduce or cancel services on the Tokaido Shinkansen Line between Tokyo and Shin-Osaka stations from shortly before noon Saturday (3 a.m. GMT).
   For Sunday, JR Tokai plans to resume the bullet train operations as soon as safety is confirmed. Still, it may reduce or suspend services for the day, depending on the situation, company officials said.
