日本郵政、米アフラック株式の５％超取得

　日本郵政は７日、４日時点で米生命保険大手アフラック株式の５％超を取得したと発表した。日本郵政は２０１８年１２月に米アフラックへの出資を発表。１９年度内に７％程度を取得する計画。米アフラックの普通株式は４年間保有すると議決権が１０倍になる規定があり、出資から４年後に議決権を２０％超に高め、持ち分法適用会社とする。（2019/10/07-16:18）

Japan Post Acquires 5 Pct Stake in Aflac

Japan Post Holdings Co. said Monday that it has acquired an equity stake of over 5 pct in U.S. insurance giant Aflac Inc.
The move is part of a plan by Japan Post, announced in December last year, to acquire a stake of about 7 pct in Aflac by the end of fiscal 2019, which ends in March 2020.
