かんぽ、来月の営業再開断念＝調査や再発防止優先－日本郵政

　日本郵政傘下の日本郵便とかんぽ生命保険が、不適切販売を受け７月中旬から自粛しているかんぽ保険商品の営業について、当初予定していた１０月の再開を断念する方向で最終調整していることが２５日、分かった。顧客に不利益を与えた可能性がある保険契約１８万件超の調査や再発防止の徹底を優先する必要があると判断した。
　親会社の日本郵政と協議し、近く決定。同社の長門正貢社長らが３０日にも記者会見し、不適切販売問題の中間報告とともに発表する。
　関係者によると、１８万件超の調査は年内までかかるため来年１月に再開する案などを検討しているという。日本生命保険や住友生命保険などから委託されているかんぽ以外の保険商品の販売再開時期は今後、協議する。（2019/09/26-12:55）

Japan Post Co. and Japan Post Insurance Co. are considering delaying the restart of their insurance sales activities, which have been suspended since mid-July due to the revelations of inappropriate practices, from the planned date of October, informed sources said Wednesday.
The inappropriate sales practices, including cases of letting policyholders make double premium payments when switching policies, may have affected more than 180,000 insurance contracts, according to the Japan Post Holdings Co. units.
