中国女性「沖縄の無人島購入」　ＳＮＳ投稿で物議

　中国人の３０代女性が「沖縄の島を買った」とＳＮＳに投稿し、日中双方で物議を醸している。購入したのは沖縄県北部の伊是名村にある無人島、屋那覇島の一部。中国メディアによれば、女性は不動産や金融業を営む親族の会社名義で購入したと話している。
　この女性は１月末に中国のＳＮＳに投稿した動画で、「２０２０年に７０万平方メートルの小島を買った」と、島全体を購入したかのように説明。小舟で島に渡る様子や、過去に空撮した島の全貌などを紹介している。これを受けてＳＮＳには「中国の領土だ」「もともと日本のものではない」などの書き込みが相次いだ。
　不動産登記簿によると、東京に本社を置く中国系コンサルティング企業が２１年２月から島の一部を所有。伊是名村によれば、島全面積約７４万平方メートルのうち、５割程度に上るという。同社はホームページで「リゾート開発計画を進めている」と説明している。
　島にはこれまでキャンプや釣り客が訪れてきた。伊是名村は海岸沿いの大部分など島の約４分の１の土地を所有。村の担当者は開発計画について「寝耳に水で困惑している。村民からも不安の声が上がっており、情報を収集している」と語った。松野博一官房長官も１３日の記者会見で「関連動向を注視する」と述べた。（2023/02/14-20:34）

A recent social media post by a Chinese woman in which she claims to have bought an island in the southernmost Japan prefecture of Okinawa is causing controversy.
   The woman in her 30s purchased part of the uninhabited island of Yanaha, which belongs to the village of Izena in northern Okinawa. Chinese media quoted the woman as saying that she bought the island in the name of a company run by a relative.
   In a video posted on Chinese social media in late January, the woman said she "bought a 700,000-square-meter islet in 2020." The video shows her traveling to the island in a small boat and has aerial images of it taken in the past.
   Her post drew a string of comments, including those saying that the island is Chinese territory and that it is not Japanese territory in the first place.
   According to a real estate registry, part of Yanaha has been owned since February 2021 by a Chinese consulting firm whose headquarters is in Tokyo. The portion is some 50 pct of the entire island, which has an area of some 740,000 square meters in total, Izena village officials said.
