停電６万戸で続く＝１週間ぶり再開の学校も－千葉

　台風１５号で大きな被害を受けた千葉県では、１７日も６万戸以上で停電が続いた。１６日に降った強い雨も追い打ちになり、住民には疲労が広がる。一方、八街市などでは小中学校の授業が再開され、約１週間ぶりに児童らが登校した。
　東京電力や県などによると、１７日正午時点の停電戸数は約６万６６００戸、断水も約１万戸で続いている。１７日は県内の公立小、中、高校など１００校以上で授業を再開したが、校舎が被災した計１５校などで休校が続いているという。
　八街市では９日の台風通過から休校が続いていた市立の小中学校１３校が、一斉に授業を再開。このうち実住小学校では午前７時半ごろから、保護者に付き添われた児童が次々に姿を見せた。
　同校は１３日に電気が通じ、職員らが通学路の安全点検をして再開にこぎ着けた。ただ、点灯しない信号や散乱したがれきなど、通学路に台風の爪痕は残り、親の車で登校した子も多かった。
　同小４年の木村有沙さん（１０）は「友達や先生と話せてうれしい。休んじゃった分、運動会の練習を頑張る」と笑顔。付き添った父親の勝治さん（４７）は「１週間も授業が止まったのは心配だが、ようやく元の生活に戻れた」と、ほっとした表情を浮かべた。（2019/09/17-12:29）

Over 60,000 households were still left without electricity in Chiba Prefecture, east of Tokyo, on Tuesday, while children were back to school, over a week after a powerful typhoon ripped through the area.
   Some 66,600 households were still out of power as of noon (3 a.m. GMT), while some 10,000 households were without running water, according to Tokyo Electric Power Company Holdings Inc. and the prefectural government.
   Over 100 elementary, junior high and high schools in the prefecture resumed classes, but more than 15 schools remained shut due to damage to buildings and other reasons.
   Prime Minister Shinzo Abe told ministers to step up efforts to fully restore electricity in the prefecture as early as possible.
   Finance Minister Taro Aso said the government plans to tap into 1.32 billion yen in reserve funding to cope with damage from Typhoon Faxai, which struck the greater Tokyo area on Sept. 9.
