障害者対象に国家公務員試験＝２回目、競争率１２倍－人事院

　障害者を対象にした国家公務員の統一選考試験が１５日、全国９都市で始まった。中央省庁の障害者雇用水増し問題を受けたもので、昨年度に続き２回目。採用予定者数２４８人に対し、３１０４人が受験し、競争率は１２．５倍となった。最終合格者は１１月２６日に発表される。
　１５日は東京や大阪など１５会場で、１次選考の筆記試験が行われた。高卒程度の知識を問う選択式の問題と作文で構成。障害の種別に応じて、点字による出題や試験時間の延長などを認めた。通過者の発表は１０月１７日。（2019/09/15-18:15）

Japan Holds Uniform Govt Job Exam for Disabled

The Japanese government held a uniform employment examination for people with disabilities on Sunday for the second time since a hiring scandal came to light last year.
   A total of 4,574 people applied for the first-stage paper test, against 248 jobs on offer. The exam took place at 15 locations in nine cities including Tokyo and Osaka.
   The exam consisted of multiple-choice questions to measure high school-level knowledge and essay writing.
   Those who passed the first stage will be announced on Oct. 17 and advance to interview tests. Each applicant can select up to three government agencies to undergo interviews.
   The final test results will be announced on Nov. 26.
