あおりエアガン、男を逮捕＝器物損壊容疑、「腹立ち撃った」－兵庫で出頭・愛知県警

　愛知県の東名高速道路で、ワゴン車の男があおり運転をしエアガンのようなものを発射したとされる事件で、県警は１４日、器物損壊容疑で、自称兵庫県尼崎市崇徳院、無職佐藤竜彦容疑者（４０）を逮捕した。容疑を認め、「前の車にブレーキを踏まれてぶつかりそうになって腹が立ち、エアガンで撃った」などと供述しているという。
　佐藤容疑者は同日未明、友人２人に付き添われて兵庫県警に出頭した。神戸市や京都市でも同様の事件が起きており、愛知県警は関連を調べる。

　逮捕容疑は８日午前７時ごろ、東名上り車線の日進ジャンクション（愛知県日進市）－上郷サービスエリア（同県豊田市）間で、約９分間にわたり、前を走る名古屋市中川区の会社員男性（２３）の乗用車にエアガンを発射。車体後部を４カ所へこませる傷を付けた疑い。
　県警は車を損傷する恐れのある物を発射した道交法違反（禁止行為）容疑も併せて送検する方針。ワゴンは盗難車で、運転していた経緯も捜査している。
　県警によると、ワゴン車はエアガン発射の約１時間後、岐阜県の中央自動車道で燃料を切らし停車。佐藤容疑者は車と同乗の女性を残して逃走した。県警は逮捕状を取って行方を捜査していたところ、１４日午前０時半ごろ、兵庫県警尼崎東署に出頭した。押収したワゴン車からはエアガン１丁と約２０００発のＢＢ弾が見つかったという。（2019/09/14-08:04）

The Aichi prefectural police arrested on Saturday a 40-year-old unemployed man for allegedly firing what appeared to be an air gun in a road rage case on an expressway in Aichi Prefecture, central Japan.
   The man, Tatsuhiko Sato, was arrested on charges of criminal damage.
   The suspect admitted to the charges and said that he became angry and fired the gun after the driver of a car in front of him slammed the breaks, nearly causing a collision, according to police sources.
   Accompanied by two friends, Sato turned himself in to the Hyogo prefectural police in the small hours of Saturday.
   As similar incidents have occurred in the western Japan cities of Kobe and Kyoto, the Aichi police are currently looking into Sato's connections to such cases.
