東芝、東証１部復帰申請へ　基準緩和後「極力早期に」

　東証２部上場企業による１部への昇格申請の基準が来年２月に緩和されるのをにらみ、２部の東芝が１部復帰に強い意欲を見せている。同社は１３日、「（基準緩和の）最終決定を踏まえ、極力早期に１部指定に向けた申請を行いたい」とのコメントを発表した。今後、申請に必要な準備を本格化させ、早期復帰を目指す。
　東芝は、米国の原発事業で巨額損失を抱え、２０１６年度末に負債が資産を上回る債務超過に転落。東証の上場ルールに沿って１７年８月に１部から２部に降格した。（2019/12/13-12:27）

Toshiba Aims to Return to TSE 1st Section Early

Toshiba Corp. said Friday it aims to come back to the Tokyo Stock Exchange's first section as early as possible after the TSE eases its requirements in February.
The Japanese electronics and machinery maker said in a statement that it "intends to apply for its return to the first section as soon as possible" following the implementation of the revised rules.
