千葉の停電全面復旧、１週間以上も＝大半は「一両日中」－菅原経産相

　菅原一秀経済産業相は１３日の閣議後の記者会見で、台風１５号の被害を受けて千葉県内で続く停電からの復旧について、一部地域では１週間以上かかる可能性があると明らかにした。その一方で、大半の地域では「一両日中」に復旧するとの見通しを示した。東京電力ホールディングスは同日午後に会見し、詳細を発表するという。
　菅原経産相は、復旧に当たる電力会社の人員態勢をこれまでの１万１０００人から１万６０００人に拡充し、自衛隊も動員して作業を加速すると説明。しかし、倒木などの被害が激しい地域では作業が難航しているため、必要な期間は「１週間、あるいは、それを若干上回る」と述べた。
　１２日夕刻時点で約３０万戸だった停電件数は、１３日午前８時現在で１９万９０００戸まで減少。安倍晋三首相は１３日の閣僚懇談会で「全省庁一体となって住民の生活支援に万全を期す」よう指示した。経産省は菅原氏を本部長とする停電被害対策本部を新たに設置し、復旧作業の指揮に当たる。（2019/09/13-11:55）

Work to restore electricity in the eastern Japan prefecture of Chiba, hit hard by Typhoon Faxai, may take another week or more in some areas that suffered heavy damages such as fallen trees, new industry minister Isshu Sugawara told a press conference Friday.
   Meanwhile, Sugawara indicated that electricity will be restored in a day or two in most areas.
   The 15th typhoon of this year struck the region early Monday.
   Tokyo Electric Power Holdings Inc. will offer detailed prospects for power restoration in a press conference later in the day.
   To accelerate restoration work, Sugawara said the number of power company personnel engaged in such operation will be boosted to 16,000 from 11,000 and Self-Defense Forces will also be dispatched to the affected areas.
