ソフトバンクＧ、日本で初投資　睡眠障害薬のバイオ企業に

　ソフトバンクグループ（ＳＢＧ）が、傘下の「ビジョンファンド」を通じて、バイオベンチャー企業のアキュリスファーマ（神奈川県藤沢市）に投資したことが分かった。ビジョンファンドによる日本企業への投資は初めて。アキュリス社が２９日までに発表した。
　アキュリス社は今年１月の設立。米欧で承認を受けた睡眠障害治療薬を扱うフランス企業とライセンス契約を結び、日本への導入に取り組んでいる。今回、ＳＢＧを中心とする投資家から総額６８億円を調達した。（2021/10/29-11:43）

SoftBank Group Corp. has invested in Japanese biotechnology startup Aculys Pharma Inc. through its venture capital Vision Fund, Aculys Pharma has announced.
It is the first investment in a Japanese company by Vision Fund, which has stepped up investments in prospective closely held tech ventures in the United States, China, Latin America, and elsewhere.
