Daiwa House, Kanagawa Pref. to Launch Smart Home Test

Daiwa House Industry Co. said Wednesday it will launch in November a smart home demonstration test utilizing Internet of Things, or IoT, technologies in collaboration with the Kanagawa prefectural government.
The test is aimed at realizing the practical utilization of a platform to manage multiple IoT devices that Daiwa House developed jointly with NTT Docomo Inc. .
