日通、本社ビル売却検討　１０００億円超か

　日本通運が東京都港区にある本社ビルを売却する方向で検討していることが２７日、分かった。売却額は１０００億円を超えるとみられる。同社は９月に、建設中の千代田区の新社屋に本社を移転する計画。現本社ビルは賃貸に回す方向だったが、新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大に伴って財務基盤を強化するため、売却も視野に入れ始めた。
　現本社は２００３年に完成した地上２８階建ての高層ビル。投資ファンドなどが関心を示している。新社屋には支店も集約する計画だ。（2021/01/27-12:10）

Nippon Express Co. is considering selling its headquarters building in Tokyo's Minato Ward for over 100 billion yen, sources familiar with the matter said Wednesday.
In September, the Japanese logistics company is set to relocate its headquarters functions to a new building in Chiyoda Ward, now under construction.
