コロナ重症センターが稼働　看護師の応援派遣受け―大阪府

　大阪府は１５日、新型コロナウイルスの重症患者を専門的に治療する臨時医療施設「大阪コロナ重症センター」（大阪市住吉区）の稼働を始めた。全３０床を備えており、全国知事会や自衛隊などから応援派遣を受け、運用に必要な看護師１３０人の確保にめどがついた。
　同センターは、大阪急性期・総合医療センターの敷地内に設置。プレハブ造りで、全てのベッドに人工呼吸器を備える。体外式膜型人工肺（ＥＣＭＯ）はなく、重篤期を脱した重症者を受け入れ、府内全体の重症病床の稼働率を高める役割を担う。
　１５日は５床を運用し、午後３時までに３人を受け入れた。藤見聡センター長は取材に対し、「応援いただいた皆さまのおかげで各施設からエキスパートが集まった」と話した。自衛隊から派遣された看護師ら３人も到着。１６日から医療支援を始める。
　吉村洋文知事は府庁で、「重症病床が逼迫（ひっぱく）する中でセンターを動かすことができ感謝している。ただ、医療資源には限りがあり、全体の感染者を減らすことが最も重要だ」と話した。
　大阪府内で稼働する重症者用の病床は１４日時点で、重症センターを除き１９１床にとどまる。運用率は１１月下旬から８割を超える水準が続いている。（2020/12/15-18:45）

The prefectural government of Osaka, western Japan, started the operation of a new temporary medical facility dedicated to the treatment of severely ill COVID-19 patients on Tuesday.
   The facility in the prefecture's namesake capital has 30 beds for such patients. The opening came after the prefectural government managed to secure 130 nurses necessary to put the facility into operation, thanks to support from the National Governors' Association and the Self-Defense Forces.
   The prefabricated facility is located on the premises of the Osaka General Medical Center.
   All of the facility's beds are equipped with artificial respirators.
   The facility, which has no extracorporeal membrane oxygenation, or ECMO, system installed, is designed to accept novel coronavirus patients who have come out of a critical state but still have severe symptoms. It was established with the aim of reducing the bed occupancy rate for seriously ill COVID-19 patients in the prefecture.
