入国１日最大２５０人で政府調整　越豪など４カ国、今夏にも―新型コロナ

　新型コロナウイルス感染拡大を防ぐため講じている出入国制限の緩和をめぐり、政府は対象地域として近く協議に入るベトナムなど４カ国からの合計入国者数を１日最大２５０人程度に抑える方向で調整に入った。交渉次第で早ければ７月から緩和に踏み切る。日本からの出国者の感染の有無を調べる「ＰＣＲ検査センター」設置も検討している。複数の政府関係者が１１日、明らかにした。
　政府は国内の感染抑止と経済再生の両立を目的に、まずはビジネス客などに限定した形で出入国を緩和する方針。感染状況が落ち着き、経済的な結び付きが一定程度あるベトナム、タイ、オーストラリア、ニュージーランドの４カ国と、相互に出入国を認める条件や人数について個別に協議を始める。
　対象者は日本の検疫体制も考慮し、企業の経営者や幹部社員らに当面絞ることが想定されている。政府内には、技能実習生も「ビジネス上、不可欠な場合もあり得る」（外務省幹部）として一部容認する案がある。
　入国するビジネス客らには、本人のウイルス感染を否定する「陰性証明書」や日本国内の「行動計画書」の提出を求める方向だ。この場合、現在課している入国後２週間の自主待機は免除する。
　ＰＣＲ検査センターはコロナ感染専門の検査場。主要空港などに置くことが検討されている。検査体制を強化することで、日本の安全性を国際的にアピールする狙いだ。
　１１日時点で入国拒否の対象は１１１カ国・地域。政府は今後のコロナ感染の状況や４カ国との相互緩和の結果などを踏まえ、米国や中国、韓国とも制限緩和に踏み切ることを視野に入れている。（2020/06/11-20:32）

The Japanese government plans to allow up to around 250 visitors per day in total from Vietnam, Thailand, Australia and New Zealand to enter Japan, government sources said Thursday.
   The move is part of measures to ease its entry and travel restrictions triggered by the novel coronavirus pandemic. It may be implemented as early as July, depending on the outcome of negotiations with the four countries.
   Japan is also considering setting up polymerase chain reaction testing centers to check whether people leaving the country are infected with the virus.
   The government hopes to ease its immigration controls mainly for business travelers, in an attempt to balance disease prevention measures and the need to rebuild the economy.
   The government will negotiate individually with the four countries, which have seen a decline in infections and have relatively strong economic ties with Japan, on the conditions for mutually permitting travel and the number of visitors.
