コロナ響き７割が減益　純利益、９年ぶり低水準―地銀１０２行

　地方銀行全１０２行の２０２０年３月期決算（単体）が２７日、出そろった。純利益の合計は前期比１０．９％減の６６５２億円となり、東日本大震災が発生した１１年３月期以来９年ぶりの低水準。新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大に伴う株価下落や貸し倒れに備えた与信関係費用の増加が響き、全体の約７割にあたる６９行が減益、７行が赤字に転落した。
　長引く低金利と人口減による収益低迷に、コロナ禍が追い打ちをかけた格好。ただ、影響が本格的に織り込まれるのは２１年３月期以降で、経済の回復が遅れれば取引先企業の倒産が急増しかねない。地銀経営は正念場を迎えている。（2020/05/27-18:13）

Japan Regional Banks' Net Profits Hit 9-Year Low

Combined unconsolidated net profits at Japan's 102 regional banks in fiscal 2019 fell 10.9 pct from the previous year to 665.2 billion yen, hitting the lowest level in nine years, according to their earnings data released by Wednesday.
Due to stock price falls and increased credit costs reflecting the spread of the new coronavirus, 69 banks saw their net profits decline while seven others slipped into the red.
