東京１１人感染、３日ぶり２桁　解除基準は下回る―国内死者、累計８００人超

　東京都は２１日、新たに１１人の新型コロナウイルス感染者が確認されたと発表した。１日当たりの感染者数は、１９、２０両日は５人だったが、３日ぶりに２桁となった。
　ただ、直近１週間での１０万人当たりの新規感染者は０．４２人となり、政府が緊急事態宣言解除の目安とする０．５人以下となった。
　国内では、東京を含め４１人の感染者が判明。死者は東京で過去の集計漏れ分を含め計９人、神奈川県と千葉県で各２人、北海道と愛媛で各１人増え、累計で８１２人となった。
　一方、宇都宮市は、スーパー「ヨークベニマル戸祭店」関連で２０日までに６人の感染者が確認され、「集団感染」と独自に判断したと発表した。４人が従業員で、２人がその親族。厚生労働省の定める「同じ場所で５人以上」とのクラスター（感染者集団）の定義からは外れるが、佐藤栄一市長は「厳しい状況が続いているという認識を示すために集団感染という表現を使った」と理由を述べた。（2020/05/21-20:26）

Eleven new cases of the novel coronavirus were confirmed in Tokyo on Thursday, the metropolitan government said.
Japan's capital saw a double-digit number of newly confirmed cases for the first time in three days. The daily number stood at five each on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Japan's cumulative death toll linked to the virus grew by three to 800, with the new fatal cases confirmed in Chiba Prefecture, east of Tokyo, the western prefecture of Ehime and the northernmost prefecture of Hokkaido.
