テレワーク導入、６割超　コロナ対応、１カ月で２．６倍に―都調査

　東京都内の企業のテレワーク導入が急拡大していることが、都の調査で分かった。３月時点で２４％だった導入率は４月に６３％と２．６倍に上昇。新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大を受けた動きとみられ、都は中小企業向けの助成金を用意し、さらなる導入を働き掛けている。
　調査は、従業員３０人以上の都内所在の企業を無作為抽出して実施。３月と４月にそれぞれ約４００社が回答した。
　３月と４月の導入率を規模別に見ると、大企業は４５％から８０％に、中小企業は２５％から７１％に、小規模企業は１９％から５４％にそれぞれ大幅に上昇した。テレワークを実施する社員の割合は４月時点の平均で５割近くに上った。
　業種別では、情報通信、金融、サービス業など事務や営業職が中心の業種で７６％が導入。現場作業が多い建設や製造、小売業といった業種でも５５％が導入していた。
　都のテレワーク推進は、東京五輪の混雑解消の一環として行われてきたが、慎重な企業も多かった。新型コロナの患者が全国的に広がった３月、都は感染拡大防止に向けテレワーク機材の購入などに対し最大２５０万円を支給する助成制度を創設。小池百合子知事も通勤抑制に有効として企業に導入を求めてきた。
　都産業労働局は「企業も大変な状況だが、感染症対策と共に新たな働き方の形として定着してほしい」と話している。（2020/05/17-07:15）

The proportion of companies in Tokyo that are using teleworking surged to 63 pct in April from 24 pct in March, according to a survey by the metropolitan government.
   An increasing number of companies are introducing teleworking apparently in response to the spread of the new coronavirus.
   The metropolitan government is encouraging more businesses to use teleworking by providing subsidies to small firms.
   The survey randomly selected companies with employees of 30 or more. Some 400 businesses gave answers.
   The proportion of large companies using teleworking grew from 45 pct in March to 80 pct in April, the survey showed.
