兵庫も休業要請へ　千葉は１４日から―新型コロナ

　政府の緊急事態宣言の対象地域となっている兵庫県の井戸敏三知事は１２日の記者会見で、新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大防止に向け、県内の一部民間施設に休業を要請する方針を明らかにした。大阪府が１３日に休業要請に踏み切るかどうかを判断するのを控え、井戸知事は「大阪が１４日から要請すると聞いている。足並みをそろえることが重要」として、府の決定を踏まえ、同様の対応を取る考えを示した。
　休業要請の効果を高めるため、府が想定する対象施設と同様の範囲で実施。井戸知事は開始時期に関して、「１４日は難しいが、できるだけ急ぎたい」と語った。また、要請に応じた事業者に対しては、「補償金や損害賠償の意味での対策は取り得ない」としつつも、「国の制度をにらみながら何ができるか検討したい」と述べた。
　千葉県の森田健作知事も１２日に記者団の取材に応じ、既に実施する考えを示していた休業要請を１４日から行うと表明した。対象施設は政府のガイドラインを踏まえた。当初は週明けに開始時期などを発表する予定だったが、「スピード感を持ってやらないといけない」（森田知事）として前倒しを決めた。（2020/04/12-18:38）

Hyogo to Request Business Shutdown

Hyogo Governor Toshizo Ido said Sunday his western Japan prefecture will ask some businesses to shut down in an effort to contain the novel coronavirus.
   At a press conference, Ido stressed the need for Hyogo and neighboring Osaka Prefecture to keep in step with each other.
   Osaka plans to make a decision on Monday on whether to issue a business shutdown request. Ido said he has been briefed that Osaka will issue a request that will take effect on Tuesday.
   Hyogo's request will go into force as early as possible after Tuesday, Ido said.
   Both prefectures are covered by a state of emergency declared by Prime Minister Shinzo Abe last week in the fight against the virus' spread.
