土砂崩れ、民家で５人死傷　巻き込まれ倒壊―愛知・蒲郡

　愛知県蒲郡市で２７日夜、土砂崩れが発生し、木造２階建て民家１棟が巻き込まれた。一家５人が倒壊した建物におり、２９日未明までに全員が消防や警察などに救助されたが、７０代女性と３０代長男とみられる男性は相次いで死亡が確認され、７０代夫とみられる男性が重体。４０代の長女と次女は重軽傷という。
　市などによると、２７日午後１０時すぎ、同市竹谷町大久古で、倒壊した民家から女性が「家族５人が生き埋めになっている」と１１９番。女性は間もなく救助され、軽いけがをした。別の女性も呼び掛けに反応し、通報から約１２時間後に助け出され、重傷という。
　７０代女性は約１６時間後に救助されたが搬送先の病院で亡くなり、長男と夫とみられる２人も救出時点で丸１日以上が経過し意識不明の重体だった。民家は２階建ての母屋に平屋が連なる造りで、山側の母屋の被害が大きいという。
　気象庁によると、蒲郡市では２７日午後１０時までの２４時間に、平年８月の１カ月分を超える１３６．５ミリの降水量を観測した。市は発生直後に災害対策本部を設置。２８日朝には自衛隊に災害派遣を要請し、大久古地区の住民（１４世帯３７人）に避難指示を出した。県は避難所設置などで支援するため、災害救助法を同市に適用した。
　現場はＪＲ蒲郡駅の北西約２．５キロで、みかん畑などが広がる地区。裏山の地肌がむき出しになり、自衛隊も加わり重機などを投入して活動した。（2024/08/29-01:44）

The local fire department was alerted Tuesday night that a house in the city of Gamagori in the central Japan prefecture of Aichi was hit by a landslide, leaving five residents trapped.
   According to the Gamagori government, one of them was rescued and taken to hospital about two hours after she alerted the fire department around 10:10 p.m. while being trapped in the house. She is conscious, the city government said.
   The fire department, along with local police, are working to rescue the other four, who are believed to be a man and a woman in their 70s, a woman in her 40s and a man in his 30s.
   The landslide occurred in an area 2.5 kilometers northwest of JR Gamagori Station.
   The city set up disaster response headquarters and asked via the Aichi prefectural government that the Self-Defense Forces be dispatched for a disaster relief mission. It also issued an evacuation order for 37 residents from 14 households in the area.
