日銀、政策金利据え置き　国債購入額の記述削除―決定会合

　日銀は２６日、前日に続き金融政策決定会合を開き、短期金利の誘導目標を現状の「０～０．１％程度」に据え置いた。一方、マイナス金利政策を解除した３月の前回会合で「これまでとおおむね同程度の金額（月間６兆円程度）」とした国債買い入れ額については、公表文から記述を削除した。
　足元では急速に円安が進行しているが、同時に公表した最新の景気予測「経済・物価情勢の展望（展望リポート）」では、基調的な物価上昇率が上昇すれば「金融緩和度合いを調整していく」と指摘。ただ、当面は「緩和的な金融環境が継続する」とした。
　リポートでは、消費者物価指数（生鮮食品を除く）上昇率の見通しを２０２４年度は前年度比２．８％（１月時点２．４％）、２５年度は１．９％（同１．８％）にそれぞれ上方修正した。今回新たに示した２６年度は１．９％とした。日銀は、基調的な物価上昇率は「見通し期間後半には物価安定の目標とおおむね整合的に推移する」と説明した。（2024/04/26-13:25）

The Bank of Japan decided to keep its monetary policy unchanged at a two-day Policy Board meeting that ended Friday after a major shift in March.
   The nine members of the board voted unanimously to keep intact the policy of guiding the unsecured overnight call rate to around zero to 0.1 pct.
   Last month, the central bank began monetary policy normalization by terminating its negative interest rate and yield curve control policies, as well as new purchases of exchange-traded funds.
   In its latest quarterly Outlook for Economic Activity and Prices report, adopted at the Policy Board meeting, the BOJ said that Japan's core consumer price index will grow 1.9 pct in fiscal 2026.
   The growth projection for the core CPI, which excludes often volatile fresh food prices, was raised to 2.8 pct from the previous forecast of 2.4 pct for fiscal 2024 and to 1.9 pct from 1.8 pct for fiscal 2025.
