ガソリン価格、５週ぶり値下がり 補助金増加で
経済産業省が１７日発表したレギュラーガソリン１リットル当たりの店頭小売価格（１５日時点）は、全国平均で前週比１０銭安い１７４円９０銭だった。中東情勢の緊迫化で原油価格が上昇したものの、政府が石油元売り会社に支給している補助金が増加し、５週ぶりに値下がりした。
地域別では２２府県が値下がりし、長崎県の下落幅が１円４０銭と大きかった。横ばいは５県、値上がりは２０都道府県だった。補助金は２８円６０銭の価格抑制効果があった。日本エネルギー経済研究所石油情報センターは、来週も小幅な値動きを予想している。（2024/04/17-15:26）
Japan Average Pump Price Down for 1st Time in 5 Weeks
Japan's average retail price of regular gasoline fell for the first time in five weeks due to boosted subsidies, the industry ministry said Wednesday.
The average stood at 174.9 yen per liter as of Monday, down 0.1 yen from a week before.
Crude oil prices rose on growing tensions in the Middle East, but the increase in the government subsidies to oil refiners helped lower the average pump price.
Among Japan's 47 prefectures, 20 logged average price increases, 22 reported falls, and the remaining five showed prices staying the same. The biggest drop was 1.4 yen logged in Nagasaki.
The subsidies pushed down retail gasoline prices by 28.6 yen.
