複数社員と社内で情報共有　かっぱ寿司運営会社を書類送検―組織的利用か、全容解明へ・警視庁

　回転ずしチェーン「かっぱ寿司」を運営する「カッパ・クリエイト」の社長田辺公己容疑者（４６）らが逮捕された不正競争防止法違反事件で、田辺容疑者が不正に取得した同業大手「はま寿司」の営業秘密がカッパ社社内で、複数の社員に共有されていたことが２日、捜査関係者への取材で分かった。
　警視庁は同日、両罰規定を適用し、法人としてのカッパ社を同法違反容疑で書類送検。ライバル社の営業秘密を組織的に利用した疑いがあるとみて全容解明を急ぐ。
　捜査関係者によると、田辺容疑者は幹部として勤めていたゼンショーホールディングスの子会社はま寿司の営業秘密を不正に持ち出し、２０２０年１１月１日、カッパ社に転職。営業秘密には、食材の仕入れ先や原価のほか、商品ごとの使用量、検討中のフェアの商品などの情報が含まれていたとされる。
　田辺容疑者は同月９日ごろ、持ち出した営業秘密をメールで同社商品部長大友英昭容疑者（４２）に送信した。大友容疑者はこれらをさらに当時の商品本部長や商品開発課長にメールで送り、情報を共有。両社の仕入れ原価の比較などに使ったとみられる。（2022/10/02-16:52）

Tokyo police on Sunday sent to public prosecutors papers on the operator of the Kappa Sushi restaurant chain for suspected violation of the unfair competition prevention law.
   The move by the Metropolitan Police Department came after the MPD arrested Koki Tanabe, the 46-year-old president of Kappa Create Co. , the operator of the sushi restaurant chain, on Friday for allegedly violating the same law.
   Tanabe is suspected of fraudulently copying and obtaining rival chain Hama-Sushi Co.'s trade secrets on data including procurement costs in September 2020, when he was working for Hama-Sushi's parent, Zensho Holdings Co. .
   Tanabe moved to Kappa Create in November 2020 after working for Zensho for over 20 years.
   The police suspect that Tanabe and others, including Hideaki Otomo, 42, a Kappa Create section chief, who was also arrested Friday, used in December the same year the Hama-Sushi data at Kappa Create to compare the procurement costs of the two sushi restaurant chains.
