ＮＨＫ経営委員長に森下氏　ＮＴＴ出身、阪神高速道路会長

　ＮＨＫの最高意思決定機関である経営委員会は２４日、互選により新委員長に、阪神高速道路会長で経営委員長職務代行者を務めている森下俊三氏（７４）を全会一致で選出した。森下氏の後任には同志社大教授の村田晃嗣氏（５５）が就く。
　前委員長の石原進氏（７４、ＪＲ九州相談役）が１０日に任期満了で退任したことに伴う人事。森下氏はＮＴＴ出身で、ＮＴＴ西日本社長を経て２０１２年に阪神高速道路会長に就任した。１５年３月からＮＨＫの経営委員を務めている。
　森下氏は２４日の記者会見で、「ＮＨＫがより一層信頼されるよう、執行部と良い緊張感を持ちたい」と述べた。その上で、「世界的にも動画配信の時代になっている」と指摘。通信業界に詳しい自身の経験を生かし、インターネット常時同時配信の円滑な実現を目指すと表明した。業務のスリム化、受信料引き下げ、ガバナンス（企業統治）強化の「三位一体改革」も課題に挙げた。
　来年１月に執行部トップの会長に就任する前田晃伸氏（７４）に対しては「大きな組織改革の実績がある」として、その手腕に期待感を示した。（2019/12/24-21:02）

Morishita Elected NHK Chairman

The Board of Governors of NHK (Japan Broadcasting Corp.) unanimously selected Acting Chairman Shunzo Morishita as new chairman of the board on Tuesday.
   Morishita, 74, who was president of Nippon Telegraph and Telephone West Corp. and is now chairman of Hanshin Expressway Co. as well, joined the highest decision-making body of the public broadcaster in March 2015.
   He will succeed Susumu Ishihara, 74, who resigned after his term as NHK board chairman ended on Dec. 10.
   Koji Murata, a 55-year old professor at Doshisha University, named acting chairman of the board.
   "I would like to maintain a good feeling of tension with the executive office so that NHK can be trusted even more," Morishita said at a press conference Tuesday.
