ガソリン価格、９週連続上昇　補助金、来週にも上限―米がロシア原油禁輸、先行きに懸念

　経済産業省が９日発表したレギュラーガソリン１リットル当たりの全国平均価格は、前週比１円８０銭高い１７４円６０銭と９週連続で値上がりした。世界同時不況をもたらしたリーマン・ショックが起きた２００８年９月以来の高値を受け、政府は価格高騰抑制策の補助金額を見直し、１０日から各油種１リットル当たり前週比１２円７０銭引き上げ１７円７０銭とする。１７日にも上限の２５円に到達する情勢だ。
　足元の原油価格は、ウクライナ侵攻に対する米国のロシア産原油の禁輸措置などの影響で、一段と高騰している。政府は補助金で消費者の負担を抑える政策を採るが、ウクライナ情勢の動向次第で原油高が長期化する可能性があり、ガソリン価格の先行きに懸念が強まっている。
　地域別のガソリン価格は、滋賀を除く４６都道府県で上昇した。最高値は長野の１８２円６０銭で、長崎、鹿児島、大分も１８０円を超えた。灯油の給油所店頭価格は１８リットル当たり２０６０円で、前週比２７円値上がり。来週は原油価格の上昇分が補助金で相殺されるため、ガソリン、灯油価格ともに横ばいとなる見込み。
　政府は補助金制度を３月末までの時限措置として１月に発動したが、想定外の原油高で開始から２週間で上限の５円に到達。３月１０日から上限を２５円に上げる決定をしたばかりだ。１７日以降の補助金額は、１０日からの補助金額に原油価格の変動を加味して決めるため、足元の水準が続けば上限に達する。
　国際原油市場をめぐっては、米国がロシア産原油の輸入を即時禁止すると発表。英国も年末にかけて段階的に停止するほか、英石油大手シェルが調達を全面的に止めるなど、需給がさらに逼迫（ひっぱく）する恐れがある。業界からは「米国がシェールオイルの大増産に踏み切るなどしなければ、原油価格の上昇は続く」（関係者）との声が出ている。（2022/03/10-07:06）

The average retail price of regular gasoline in Japan as of Monday grew 1.80 yen from a week before to 174.60 yen, up for the ninth consecutive week, the industry ministry said Wednesday.
   The average pump price hit the highest level since the September 2008 collapse of U.S. investment bank Lehman Brothers, which triggered the financial crisis.
   On Thursday, the government will raise its subsidies for oil wholesalers to 17.70 yen per liter from the current 5 yen, in a bid to stem a rise in gasoline prices. The subsidies could reach the revised ceiling of 25 yen as early as March 17, observers said.
   Crude oil prices are rising further due in part to the U.S. government's import ban on crude oil from Russia as a sanction against the country's invasion of Ukraine.
   Concerns are growing over the future movements of gasoline prices as crude oil prices may remain at high levels for a prolonged period depending on the situation involving Ukraine.
