福岡でも「市中感染」　大阪２人、京都３人―オミクロン株確認

　福岡県は２５日、新型コロナウイルスの変異株「オミクロン株」に２０代男性が感染していることが確認されたと発表した。感染経路は不明で、市中感染とみられる。既に市中感染が確認されている大阪府と京都府でも新たな感染が判明した。
　オミクロン株の感染者が福岡県で確認されたのは初めて。県によると、男性の家族ら６人が濃厚接触者とされたが、ＰＣＲ検査の結果はいずれも陰性という。
　男性は海外渡航歴がなかったが、１８～２０日に大阪府や京都府、岡山県を訪れていた。２２日に３９．５度の発熱があり、全遺伝情報（ゲノム）解析でオミクロン株感染が判明。ワクチン未接種で、入院しているが症状は改善傾向にあるという。
　福岡県はオミクロン株の感染判明を受け、２６日から県内５カ所で希望者に無料でＰＣＲ検査を実施する。
　京都府でも新たに４０～７０代の男女４人がオミクロン株に感染していることが確認された。海外渡航歴はなく、うち３人は感染経路が分からない市中感染。他の１人は同株感染者の濃厚接触者だった。４人はいずれも軽症で、ワクチンを２回接種していた。
　大阪府は新たに２人の市中感染が判明したと発表した。いずれも２０代男性で、うち１人は親族ら６人が濃厚接触者に該当し、府は全員にＰＣＲ検査を実施する。（2021/12/25-21:00）

The Fukuoka prefectural government said Saturday that a man in his 20s in the southwestern Japan prefecture has been confirmed to have the omicron variant of the novel coronavirus.
   With the infection route unknown for the man, this is believed to be a community-acquired case, according to the prefectural government.
   Six people, including relatives of the man, have been designated as close contacts, the prefectural government said, adding that all of them have tested negative for the coronavirus in polymerase chain reaction tests.
   The man has no record of overseas trips, but visited the western Japan prefectures of Osaka and Kyoto for three days through Monday. Community-acquired omicron cases have been confirmed in the two prefectures.
   The man had a fever of 39.5 degrees Celsius on Wednesday. Later, a genome analysis confirmed his infection with omicron. He is unvaccinated against COVID-19 and is now hospitalized. His condition is improving.
