厚労省「妊婦加算」抜本見直し　来年４月、診療情報提供で報酬

　厚生労働省は６日、妊婦が医療機関を受診すると窓口での支払額が増える「妊婦加算」について、抜本的に見直す方針を固めた。妊婦を一律に対象とする仕組みを改め、妊娠した人を含め患者の治療内容や検査結果に関する情報提供を医療機関同士で行った場合に、医療機関の報酬を増やす仕組みを来年４月に導入する方針だ。
　例えば、妊婦が風邪などで内科医を外来受診した場合、妊婦が通う産婦人科医に検査結果などを送ると報酬が加算される仕組みが想定される。中央社会保険医療協議会（中医協）で具体的な報酬額などについて議論する。
　これまでの妊婦加算のように、妊娠中であればほぼ一律で自己負担を上乗せする仕組みは改めるが、医療機関の情報提供に応じた自己負担は必要。厚労省は加算の対象を妊婦以外にも広げ、患者の同意を条件とすることで理解を得たい考え。（2019/12/06-12:45）

Japan's health ministry will fully review the currently suspended add-on fee that pregnant women are required to pay out of pocket when they see doctors, informed sources said Friday.
   Instead of the blanket fee, the ministry will ask not only expecting mothers but also other patients to shoulder expenses for communications on their test results and information about treatment between medical institutions, the sources said.
   For example, when a pregnant woman visits a physician for a cold, the doctor would be allowed to charge a fee for sending her test results to her obstetrician.
   Medical institutions would need patients' agreement to charge such a fee.
   How much medical institutions can charge patients and other details of the proposed scheme will be studied at the Central Social Insurance Medical Council, an advisory panel to the health minister, the sources said.
