五輪規制、豊洲市場に影響　渋滞発生、仕入れに遅れ―都バスや郵便、宅配も

　東京五輪・パラリンピック開催に伴う大規模交通規制が市民生活に影響を及ぼしている。豊洲市場（東京都江東区）から都心に向かう一般道では渋滞が発生。仕入れに遅れが生じ、市場関係者からは「時間が倍かかる」と不満の声が上がる。都営バスの運行にも影響が出ており、日本郵便や宅配業者も配達遅延の可能性があると発表した。
　有明テニスの森（同区）など有明地区の大会競技会場と選手村（中央区）の間に位置する豊洲市場。市場から都心に向かう環状２号線の一部区間（市場前交差点～勝どき陸橋交差点）が大会期間中は原則通行止めとなり、平行して走る晴海通りに多くの車が流れ込んでいる。
　豊洲市場で食材の買い付けをする和食店「ぎんざ春日」（中央区）の役員島田孝男さんは「（晴海通りは）大型トラックも多く、いつもより混雑していて危ない。銀座の店まで、いつもの倍は時間がかかる」と不満を漏らす。ただ、「お上が決めたことだから、言ってもしょうがないが」と諦め気味だ。
　仲卸業者「山治」の山崎康弘社長は「（新型コロナウイルスの影響で）飲食店は夜、営業できない。昼に頑張っているのに、ランチに間に合わない」と憤る。「環状２号が通行止めになるのは分かっていたはず。影響が出ないよう都や組織委員会に申し入れていたのに、ふたを開けたらこの状況だ」と吐き捨てるように語った。
　交通規制の影響で、都営バスも１１系統で迂回（うかい）運転などを実施し、１７カ所のバス停が休止となった。日本郵便は今月、郵便物などの配達に半日から１日程度の遅れが見込まれると発表。ヤマトホールディングスも荷物の配送が遅れる場合があるとホームページで知らせた。
　首都高速道路では交通量抑制のため、マイカーを対象に日中の通行料金を１０００円上乗せする「ロードプライシング」などが１９日から始まった。このため一般道を走る車が増え、渋滞悪化に拍車を掛けている。警視庁幹部は「車の利用は控えてほしい」と連日訴えている。（2021/07/27-13:35）

Large-scale traffic controls around venues for the Tokyo Olympic Games are causing traffic jams on nearby streets, impacting locals such as workers at the Toyosu wholesale food market.
   The market, in the Japanese capital's Koto Ward, is located between Olympic venues in the Ariake area of the same ward, such as the Ariake Tennis Park, and the athletes' village in Chuo Ward. As a section of the Ring Road No. 2 that connects the market to the city center is closed to the public in principle during the Tokyo Games, traffic is building up on the Harumi-dori avenue that runs parallel to the ring road.
   "There are many large trucks (on Harumi-dori), making it more congested and dangerous," Takao Shimada, a buyer at the Toyosu market for the Japanese cuisine restaurant Ginza Kasuga, said. "It takes double the time to get to the store in Ginza than usual."
   "But the decision was made at the top, so there is nothing I can say," he added.
   Yasuhiro Yamazaki, head of intermediate wholesaler Yamaharu, complained that produce is not arriving at stores in time for lunch, although many restaurants have to close early in the evening due to the novel coronavirus crisis.
