「赤木ファイル」存在認める　国側、訴訟で６月提出へ―森友学園めぐる公文書改ざん

　学校法人森友学園をめぐる財務省の公文書改ざん問題で、国は６日、自殺した近畿財務局職員赤木俊夫さん＝当時（５４）＝が改ざんの過程を時系列でまとめたとされる文書や、改ざんについて同省理財局と近畿財務局との間で送受信されたメールなどを含む「赤木ファイル」の存在を認めた。
　赤木さんの妻雅子さん（５０）が国などに損害賠償を求めた訴訟で、同日付の大阪地裁への意見書の中で明らかにした。６月２３日の口頭弁論期日には、地裁に文書を提出する予定という。
　これまで国側は「改ざんの経緯などにおおむね争いはなく、文書の存否について回答の必要はない」としてきたが、地裁からの任意提出の求めに「真摯（しんし）に対応することにした」と説明した。（2021/05/06-19:51）

The Japanese government on Thursday acknowledged the existence of documents related to the tampering of official records about the dubious discount sale of state land to school operator Moritomo Gakuen.
   The government plans to submit the documents to Osaka District Court on June 23 for a hearing in a lawsuit filed by the widow of Toshio Akagi, a former Finance Ministry bureaucrat who committed suicide in 2018 over the tampering scandal.
   The documents include a detailed account of the tampering process in chronological order and the emails regarding the scandal between the ministry's Financial Bureau and Kinki Local Finance Bureau.
   The government had previously declined to say whether the documents existed. Once revealed, the documents may shed light on how and why the government ordered the doctoring of documents related to the discount land sale to the school operator once linked to former Prime Minister Shinzo Abe's wife, Akie.
   According to the suit, Akagi, a former employee at the local finance bureau, tampered with official documents under the orders of a superior on multiple occasions from February 2017.
