スーパーボウルのパーティー「今年は家族で」、米コロナ対策トップが呼び掛け

　ファウチ氏は３日、米ＮＢＣテレビの番組「トゥデー」に出演し「スーパーボウルで大きなパーティーに集まるのは楽しいことだが、今はそれをする時ではない」と述べた。
　今年のスーパーボウル初戦は、昨季王者のカンザスシティ・チーフスがタンパベイ・バッカニアーズとタンパベイの本拠地、フロリダ州タンパで対戦する。
　ファウチ氏は同番組で「試合を見て楽しんでほしい、だけど家族もしくは同じ世帯の人とお願いしたい」と語った。
　「休暇やクリスマス、新年、感謝祭など、毎回このようなことがあるたびに（新型コロナ感染者が）急増する」と述べた。
