エイベックス、赤字最大　４２億円、コロナでイベント中止―２０年４～１２月期

　エイベックスが４日発表した２０２０年４～１２月期連結純損益は４２億円の赤字（前年同期は５９００万円の黒字）だった。同期としては過去最大の赤字。新型コロナウイルス感染拡大の影響で興行やイベントの中止を余儀なくされたことが響いた。
　売上高は前年同期比４５．５％減の５４７億円。オンラインでのライブ配信などを行ったが、イベント中止の影響を補い切れなかった。
　財務体質を改善するため昨年実施した希望退職に伴う割増退職金や、従業員に支給した休業補償など計２９億円を特別損失に計上した。
　２１年３月期の純損益予想（１５０億円の黒字）は据え置いた。東京・青山の本社ビル売却による特別利益２９０億円を計上する予定だ。（2021/02/04-19:20）

Avex Inc. said Thursday it posted a record net loss for the nine months ended in December as the coronavirus pandemic forced the Japanese music company to cancel events.
The company swung to a consolidated net loss of 4,284 million yen from a profit of 59 million yen a year before as revenue dropped 45.5 pct to 54,707 million yen.
