ゴーン被告の流用認定＝日産１．５億円申告漏れ－東京国税局

　日産自動車の前会長カルロス・ゴーン被告（６５）による会社資産の私的流用疑惑をめぐり、日産が東京国税局から２０１４年３月期までの３年間で約１億５０００万円の申告漏れを指摘されたことが２９日、関係者への取材で分かった。ゴーン被告の出身国レバノンの大学への寄付金などが同被告の私的な支出とされ、一部については、仮装・隠蔽（いんぺい）を伴う所得隠しと認定された。
　日産は社内調査で、ゴーン被告が同社に不正に支出させ、または支出させようとした金額は１５０億円に上ると指摘しているが、その一部が税務調査でも裏付けられた。
　関係者によると、こうした支出は秘書室の経費として計上されていた。所得隠しなど不正があった場合の時効は７年のため、東京国税局は１４年３月期までを先行して調査。１５年３月期以降については引き続き調査する。重加算税を含む追徴税額は数千万円で、日産は既に修正申告し、納税したとみられる。（2019/10/29-13:30）

Tax Office Finds Ghosn Diverted Nissan Funds

The Tokyo Regional Taxation Bureau has found that former Nissan Motor Co. Chairman Carlos Ghosn diverted company funds for personal use, informed sources said Tuesday.
   The tax bureau has determined that the automaker failed to declare some 150 million yen in taxable income in the three years through March 2014 by concluding that a donation to a university in Lebanon and other payments were Ghosn's personal expenses.
   Part of the amount was found as concealed income, the sources said.
   Nissan is believed to have already filed a corrected tax return and paid several tens of millions of yen in additional tax, including a fine.
   The undeclared income was reported as expenses by the company's secretarial office, the sources said.
